We are regularly looking to recruit SUPPORT STAFF with the qualities and desire to work with adults with learning disabilities in supporting and contributing positively to their independent living and choices in services located across Oxfordshire (Wallingford/Didcot, Oxford and Witney/Eynsham areas). A flexible approach to work, including shift work and sleep-in duties, is essential and drivers preferred. In return we offer competitive rates of pay (£7.00 - £8.26 per hour dependent on experience and qualification), other benefits include enhanced rates for weekends, 5% pension contribution and we provide an excellent induction and training programme.
